expert witness testimony, ecological site characterizations, and

from the coniferous forests of the Upper Midwest to the oak and pine
forests of the South, from the high plains of the West to the mountains of
New England.

KEA can assemble teams of environmental professionals that address

The senior scientist of KEA is Dr. Brian Klatt. Dr. Klatt is certified as a
Senior Ecologist by the Ecological Society of America. His experience
includes over 150 natural resource-related consulting projects covering a
span of 15 years, he has served as a Federal regulator; a faculty member
at the University of Michigan; and has advised Federal and state
governments on natural resource and environmental policy.
